It looks like FR is down right now for event maintenance (night of nocturne) until 00:30 December 20.

I will go ahead and set up the diamond exchange in the sylestia broker. Once sylestia funds (1,000 diamonds) are received, I will then send the FR funds (2,000 gems) to your FR Account once it opens back up in...about an hour and half?
