You can submit customs until the end of the month.

Once the item is created, you can purchase additional copies at any time.

Wonderful! :3 One last question, I can't seem to find the Fae Fire Spriteling in the wardrobe anywhere.. I'm wondering if that's me overlooking it somehow or if there's a reason for it not appearing?

Make sure you're looking at the right section and the right quality. I believe they're Legendary items, so they won't be with the other Helds - they'll be at the end of the Legendary Monthly secetion.
