Uh, let's see...
I'll send you a fairy mushroom, and then you send it back by:
1) Clicking on the mushroom
2) Pressing that little button thing with the envelope and the arrow between the items and the "Use Item" button
3) Fill in that form (or whatever it's actually called)
The CoD fee would be however much money you needed.
[Oh, and you can get diamonds by either buying them with real-life money or with the Currency Exchange under the Trade tab (which is *sorta* expensive).]
