The relics, armour and accessories? You click on them and then you click on the space under your pet which the relevant equipment would go in. The spaces under your pet are as follows relic, armour, accessory, accessory.
If you don't have the right pet showing under the equipment box, just click the box under "Choose a Pet:" and click on the relevant pet.
Hopefully, I've explained it clearly enough but please don't hesitate to let me know if I can explain anything further or more clearly :)
