Other: She has small red horns and bat wings. So she can fly. Adding fangs, cause why not.
Appearance/Image: She wears darker (Open Back) dresses, and she always wears a hat and jacket to cover her horns and wings. She has long black hair and bright light grey eyes. She is pretty, but in a natural kind of way. She doesn't use much makeup.
Pet: She has a little snowy owl named Snowdrop. It's pure white and has blue eyes for some reason.

Yes she would be allowed to fly but I doubt she would due to wearing a dress XD (Doubt she wants people seeing her undergarments X3)
