I am attempting a stat vamp griffi project, and a nonthemed griffi stat project. Hoping you find something you like :)
They are both still just a few month's in but here's some with higher than average stats:
His Base Stats:
717 health
Strength 53
Intelligence 63
Dexterity 59
Agility 54
He is 2 vis with Tiger and Unicorn Tail (Stripes) and carries Wing Tips and Frosted Fae Wings
His base stats:
608 health
Strength 60
Intelligence 60
Dexterity 55
Agility 53
He is 2 vis (Diamond Dust and Majestic Horns) and carries Lucky Runes and Frosted Fae Wings
His base stats:
641 health
Strength 77
Intelligence 48
Dexterity 61
Agility 62
He is 1 vis (Frosted Fae Wings) and carries Tiger and Chained Jewlery
His base stats:
713 health
54 Strength
66 Intellgience
67 Dexterity
64 Agility
He is 1 vis with Tiger and carries Double Stripes, Lucky Runes, and Unicorn Tail (Stripes)

I love the last one! I won't set him up for public breeding with your stat project's work behind him, but may I breed with him? And you of course can anytime to help with your project.
