Lol this is just something I haven't done In a long time and your avatar is gorgeous. x3 Alrighty, elongated wispy wings, ethereal dragon/spirit, but with detailed facial features and I'm soooo glad you choose regular because I kinda already got started with the normal style. ;D I was gonna send you an example of regular and then if you wanted the chibi instead, change it up for you. Thank you very much for all the info, you would like to keep the colors you have now, correct? That's the last one I can think of. =]

Colors, yep. :)
(gold eyes, tan-yellow skin, and violet-like hair, just like in my avatar! hopefully, the outfit itself should have a somewhat-consistent color scheme (save for the ends of the outfit, where it turns light green, I'd prefer it to be gold and subtle gold at the end, instead of gold to a noticeable green))

O.O! It is green....well, that is rather odd and weird. I can fix that no prob. I wouldn't have did green anyway. >.o Maybe a very light mixture of silver and gold, but green?...Neh. Lol alrighty I'm actually getting close to being finished, just adding in the fine details, fixing my lines, then adding color and shading and wam bam, thank you ma'am, done lol!
Only thing that gave me trouble so far is the dragon. XD I HATE drawing their heads, especially backwards, but I fixed his wagon. >] =]

xD! The dragon is totally optional, but since he's part of the pose, I'm alright with however you draw him. :)
And yeah, light silver on the ends of gold sounds better than green.

Just wanted to give you an update Ms. Flute. Heh, well see what had happened was the picture was coming out great.. until I realized that some of it was not proportionate. In trying to fix it I got frustrated and decided to scrap the entire thing EXCEPT the dragon, LOL! I apologize for the delay, but I don't like big heads and little bodies or vice versa. Sorry. >.@
