Pixel art is possible, what size would you want the final results? (the first pixel art pictured is 200x200, the second is 64x64)
The price really varies by how complex you want it, as well as what size. If I use dithering to shade, it will cost more than using stripes since I have to put down tons of evenly-spaced pixels to dither. Animated pixel art does not cost extra.
Since the mascot has spots, it would look odd to use dithering to shade. I'm leaning towards the 20k area as the price due to the spots.

Also probably I would want the size to be 200x200 if your OK with that and I think dithering with shade would also look a bit odd :| So don't worry about shade...

Um...about....well, I do need 20k (Lol, I know Uranium asked for that.), but, then again, it wasn't that hard, so maybe about... 8k? Or, if that's to much, 1k or something small is fine.
