I did ping and then edited the post but the thing is that a BIN is just that, once someone posts a BIN you don't take other offers in place of the bin even if they are higher. It's likely a honest mistake and that happens so I'm not gonna gripe about it. I was just a bit dismayed is all.

From everything I've learned it's supposed to work like the buy it now option on ebay, if there's only one then it's sold out so to speak

Yeah I had a originally offered 300k then realized I could do the bin although my internet cut out when I submitted the edit so it didn't update till my internet came back up a few hours later
