Karkat glared harder at the male. Equals?! His species was much more superior! Karkat thought angrily before nervously following the man.
The nubby horn ran to catch up with the taller man and glanced around at the crowd before scuffling his hair to help find his small horns. " Where are we going? " Karkat muttered angrily.

Silvia smiled. " I'm glad you like them! I honestly can't get enough of them...surprising I'm not fat isn't it? I practically live off suger after all! " Silvia said happily as she took a sip of her hot chocolate. " So Oliver...what do you do for a job? " she asked curiously, leaning over the table as though Oliver was going to share a huge secret.

"I am going to a small diner. If you choose to follow I will buy you food and hot chocolate. You can keep the coat by the way." He waved his hand and another appeared in it. He put the magically appearing trench coat on.

Oliver fidgeted nervously normally he was pretty good with people but for some reason she made him nervous. "Odd jobs really."

Karkat's eyes widened in surprise as the coat came from no were. " Oo--kay..." he muttered before looking at the ground. " But still what is f***ing hot chocolate... "

Silvia tilted her her before grinning. She put a finger on the right side of her nose and shut her right eye. " Ah, I see...sseeccrreett jobs... " Silvia giggled as she moved her finger away and opened her eye again. " Well I make sweets and stuff " she said happily.
But she said 'stuff' instead of saying 'potions and spells' because it wouldn't make her seem crazy and she had to keep a low profile or the Witchery would have a huge rant at her...
Picking up another chocolate fudge ball, Silvia put it in her mouth. Tasty!

Rina shuffled through the streets. She was meant to be going to a performance soon and just wanted something to eat. The demon sighed as she reached a small cafe. Going inside she ordered some coffee before leaning against one of the cafe's walls, no tables were free at the time and she wasn't going to be there for long.

Saffron went into a small diner and sat at a booth. The waitress brought menus without word. "Two hot chocolates please. We will need a minute to decide on food." Hr smiled as the waitress left to get the drinks.

"Not really secret jobs just whatever I can find to do
I've done a little bit of everything really." Oliver shrugged his shoulders and finished the drink he had.

Sariu yawned as he browsed the windows of the shops he passed there really wasn't much to do around here so he was bored. Why couldn't this place be more exciting? He thought to himself ad he passed yet another window display that he found boring.

Karkat glared at everyone who passed before picking up a menu and hiding his face with it. " This place smells awful... " he growled out angrily as he felt people watching him. " And those f***ing n**k sniffers keep watching me... "

Silvia nodded. " Nice...well... " she paused for a second to think. " If you have no job right now or any time this week...I could really use a hand with cooking! " Silvia smiled. " Of course I would pay you! And it won't be hard...I have a lot of recipes you could easily do... "
Silvia drank the last of her hot chocolate as she then giggled. " You don't have to though...just a offer! " she giggled out.

Rina sighed before she quickly used her powers to make her coffee cold. She hated hot coffee, took to long to drink.
Walking out of the cafe with her coffee. Rina shut her eyes brief and raised her cup to take a drink. But before she could she felt herself crash into someone and the lid of her coffee cup coming off, splashing her and the person she crashed into. Crying out in surprise, Rina opened her eyes before glaring at the man. " Watch where your going! " she growled, before groaning at her coffee stained clothes. " My boss is gonna kill me! "

The waitress comes back with two cups with steam coming off them she sets them down on the table and pulls out an order pad. "You two ready to order?" Saffron sets his menu down. "I am. I'll take two eggs, over easy with bacon, white toast and a order of biscuits and gravy." The waitress looks at Karkat

Oliver smiled at bit he had nothing better to do. "Yeah I could do that." Hr actually wasn't that bad of a cook and he kind of liked cooking so the job wouldn't be to difficult.

Sariu looked at his own stained clothing. "Very sorry ma'am." Though he thought it wasn't his fault ge apologized to the woman at least her drink had not been hot.

Karkat growled at the waitress before glancing at the menu. He then randomly picked something and pointed to it. " That " he growled out.
His order was 'Mega Spicy Chicken Breast and Chilli Source' but he hadn't read any of it.

( X3 Karkat's in for a surprise! And I actually ate this once...it was SSSOOO spicy X3 I had to have 5 drinks to stop my mouth from being so hot... )

Silvia smiled before giggling. " That's great! And jeez I must seem strange! " she giggled again. " Coming up to you then randomly asking if you want to work for me for a bit!
Silvia smiled before opening up her bag and taking out her mini candy cane staff. She then waved it and gently bonked Oliver on the head with it before putting it away. " Thanks and good luck! " she giggled before taking one of her remaining chocolate fudge balls and began getting up. " See you later then Oliver? "

Rina growled angrily again. " Your a jerk you know that?! You need to watch where you going so open your eyes sometime! " the demon shouted angrily. Though it was actually her fault it happened she blamed everything on the man. " I'm glad it wasn't hot coffee or you would be even deeper trouble! "
Rina then raised her hands and tried to get the coffee out of her green tank top. " Damn... " she muttered angrily.

Saffron said nothing to his grumpy companion he just took a sip if his hot chocolate. The waitress wrote then orders down then hurried off to put the order in and see to other customers.

Oliver looked at Silvia. "I need to know where I need to come to work tomorrow." He looked a bit confused. He stood up as well to follow her.

"I'll be more careful ma'am." Sariu gave her an apologetic look. He really didn't know what to say there was no point in arguing with her that the whole mess wasn't his fault.

Karkat dropped the menu on the table to lean back, cross his arms and glare at the other man. " This place smells bad... " he growled, finding something to complain about. He then pulled the coat closer around his body as he then let out a loud sneeze. He cursed before wiping his nose on the sleeve of the coat.

Silvia didn't hear him as she carried on walking out of the cafe and down the street. She giggled to herself. This would be her first time with help...so she better clean up all the witchery stuff she has laying around. She walked for a bit before arriving at her home and shop. It was painted a strawberry red with light pink swirls and a small sign written in red saying 'Silvia Sweetery'.
She unlocked the door and went inside, not bothering to lock it in case some customers came. Smiling, Silvia got out her small candy cane staff and waved it before it grew again with small sparks flying off. " There we go "

Rina growled. " You better be... " she growled. " Great, now I've got to have a shower...get these clothes washed before the coffee stains them...and get ready for my show... " she muttered angrily to herself. " Damn it...I won't be able to get to the show in time... "
She then checked her watch before her eyes widened. " C*** I'm late! " she cried before sprinting down the street.

"Has to smell better than the alley you were in." Saffron told Karkat with a small smile then he slide the coat he had on off draping it over the chair beside him it was warm I'm the diner.

Oliver hurried after Silvia following her to her place he stood outside for awhile the knocked on the door he didn't want to be ride and just barge in.

Sariu watched the woman run off then he shook his head and turned to go home. He needed a shower and to change clothes
