Just going to say this because something mentioned is really bugging me.
Humans did not wipe out the Sabre-tooth's.
No one knows exactly what wiped them out, but the blame is not on the humans. Tar Pits were more of a villain than humans were, as most of the Sabre-tooth fossils were found in old tar pits. Humans hunted them for fur and food, yes, but they also hunted many other creatures for the very same reason.
AND they're Sabre-toothed CATS not tigers.
