That awkward moment when you try to be involved in a conversation by telling some related story... then realize halfway through telling it that it actually has nothing to do with what was being talked about. And you forgot the ending. ^^;

That awkward moment when you try to explain something that makes sense in your head, but they don't get it and just look at you like your insane.
The same goes for references to shows/other fandoms that go way over their head.

lol lol lol, That awkward moment when I found my BFF (who is a Skillet (a christian hard rock band) fan had never heard their newest album, Rise. It wasn't too new ether.
