This entire suggestion is nothing but tagged tamed nephs, not wheels at all, Js xD
Still haven't gotten around reading the suggestions, I like reading what peeps have to say. I notice that they're pretty rare anyhow though their popularity seems only to resonate more with collectors or neph lovers than some others. The rest just try to sell for profit (or are approached by buyers anyways)

I'd also like to pose an idea:
Not all pets were meant to have high breeding potential.
While yes, people like the idea of breeding 6vis, yes, the tagged neph populations don't account for it. And just because there aren't enough genes in the pool doesn't mean what HAS been caught is NOT breedable!
For those with less than 10 nephs in its own tag, so long as there is a male and female (gender swapper can be used here), there can be bred nephs. Not necessarily the best babies lol, but not impossible.
And just because there aren't enough doesn't mean that we need to absolutely do something about it. Maybe the nephs can be special in the fact that their pools are so small, it's just incomparable to other species and tags. Just because there's a shortage of them doesn't exactly mean we need more. Maybe they're supposed to be rare, like Dark said, and we should jive with what we have.
Yes, they're supposed to be extremely rare, and they achieved that.
What do players want? To possibly own one. Or breed a tag. For reasons I'm not sure why, but purebreeding is a thing. But purebreeding is a thing made by the community. Admins were the one to establish the species and their rarity.
(edit: what I was trying to get at here was that the admins would be caving in and "selling out" to the community, but I forgot that's what suggestions and feedback is for, sorry aha)
Maybe I'm just a big devil's advocate, but an unpopular point of view is that maybe this "void" is to be expected. Maybe not being able to breed 6vis was supposed to he possible for EVERY themed.
And if not, all the admins would have to do is up their chances of being encountered.

I was comparing the fact that there are more wheel nephinis than TAGGED WILD nephinis. In every other species it is the opposite.

I agree completely that the rate for finding them should be raised... I found 5 wild Nephinies this festival, and not a single one was themed, which was extremely frustrating and depressing. I don't think the rest of the suggestions are necessary, but raising the probability of finding them, even just by a little, would be awesome.

Support for raising the probability of a Neph encounter being a themed.
No one wants to flood the world with themed Nephinis (well that's probably not true), but these themed designs were meant to be seen with multi-vis. They were designed that way! That's the whole reason pure breeding has become a user-made part of Sylestia - which I hope to see become a more site supported part of Sylestia. Some of the breeding pools (especially the 0-1 group) make this impossible.
I did like seeing the Nephs being handed out for forum prizes, just sad that I couldn't make it :(
