There are quite a few pets that I feel are my cutest... But I believe it is a tie between these two:
Conspiracee was won from a raffle and Zombie was bred by me. :)

It's hard to pick who I would call my "cutest" pet, but I do have a few contenders...
Fluff, or as I like to call him "Finicky Puppy!" He's just so adorable in his disgruntled-ness at being forced to tank for my trainees.
Ivy, the first pet I designed based on a RPG character (although nobody knows the game she's from).
And Pixie, a recent design that I fell in love with the moment I started experimenting with it.
