The check is when you register, yes.

Krin, the IP check doesn't seem to be working. When I joined, I sent links to the other 4 people in my house to sign up also, I didn't know if the referrals form the same IP would count or not. Now it seems they ARE counting, but shouldn't be, because were as I said, all in the same house, using the same internet.
Mind you, I'm not entirely sure how IP's work, but I always thought/assumed that all the comps in my house would use the same IP?
Anyway, I just found this in my account area..
