Ooh, that's a hard bargain. I'll put it up there for consideration, two DD Ny'venes, a couple mutators, and a Mystical Ny'vene essence?

Personally, I'd prefer another Ny'vene essence, even 2 enhanced essences or 1 mystical, 1 enhanced, etc.

What is worth more to you? a 3 vis Lightning struck ny'vene, and 45 lesser mutators, 1k diamonds (or a mystical essence of your choice: 1k in the diamond shop) and 45 mutators
Or diamonds? say 3.5k worth of diamonds (tell me if that's not enough) and 2 enhanced lupora essences. (plus the lesser mutators and I have 3 CP lupes you can have if you want them)

It all sounds good but could you do like a, b, c options? That way it will be easier for me to decide. My guess right now is you said
a. LS Ny'vene and 45 Lesser Mutators
b. 1k diamonds and 45 Lesser Mutators
c. 3.5k diamonds and 2 Enhanced Lup Essences
???

lol no, each chunk was a whole offer lol.
Choice A:
The 3 vis LS nny'vene,
1k diamonds OR a Mystical essence your choice
45 lesser mutators
3 captured CP luporas (if you want them)
Choice B
3.5k diamonds (can go higher if need be)
2 enhanced lupora essence
45 lesser mutators
3 captured CP lupora (again, if you want them :))
