I don't think that there's anything that I can do, unfortunately.

Is there a reason you don't want to create a PayPal Account?

Multiple reason:

- I have far too many accounts already to keep track of already, to create a new one (especially one that tracks financial information)
- I don't trust a website that requires pages and pages of information on it terms of service and privacy policy, individually, to tell you what you can/can't do and what they will do with your info
- and having one will be too great a temptation to spend in excess, since it is so widely used on the internet

That's weird that it's not letting you pay by debit/credit card.. especially since when I click that link it asks which country you're from and lists Canada as an option.

If it helps at all, Zzzzz, I've been using PayPal for about a decade and have never once had an issue with privacy or financial issues. I will say, having it available and SO easy to use.. spending on line is more tempting than it should be. heh.

Ugh, I don't know...the only thing I can think of is maybe it's because I'm using windows 8? It's supposedly really high security, or so people keep telling me.

Thanks Fresh, but I hear good things all the time and it does nothing to remove my inherent distrust of paypal. It really looks like I either need to earn a lot of gold to buy diamonds or borrow a friends paypal account.

I personally ask my boyfriend to play with Paypal for me, because I have trouble trusting them too, even with my boyfriend showing me how it works~ XD


I might eventually make one to be able to pay myself my Diamonds, without help, but that Paypal account will be for Sylestia only, I don't want to have to find WHERE I disable certain "people" to continue taking money after I did one transaction with them... o.o

We probably will add additional payment methods in the future, but it isn't a priority atm. We use PayPal as our source of funds for the site and if we used another service, it'd be another step to get funds into our PayPal (I'm sure fees would also be incurred).

Additionally, I'd have to go through setting up an IPN for the new service which takes time.

So for now, it's just PayPal. If you're having issues with it, I would suggest contacting PayPal and asking why you can't pay without an account - because it is indeed an option for me and I always assumed it was for everyone.

Not sure if this is relevant, but I live in Scotland and it seems to work for me
