Idk, I've always used Chrome and I've never had an issue like that.
Hopefully if I can see a screenshot I can better understand what's happening and maybe fix it.

ok sorry it took me so long, its been a while since i have had to actually upload a pic so i could link it.
This is what i initially see when i leave the home page with the windows and the top part of the page.
and a pic of the window under the error window...
i can use the chat on the home page but it says i need to be logged in on any other page to use it.

Hm - so it is from the old layout.
So what exactly is the issue? Because, from your screenshot, you are logged in. Does the "Activate Your Account" window pop up automatically? Is that the issue?
Have you tried hitting the "Logout" button and logging back in? This will clear your Sylestia session variables which could be causing the activation window to continually pop up.
Other than that, I'm not really sure what to suggest. If the above doesn't help, maybe you could provide a step by step of what exactly happens? Because from your screenshots above, you are indeed logged in. Otherwise it wouldn't even let you view the map page, load the tutorial, show your username, etc.

yes both the activation window and error window just pop up automatically. if i try to do the activation it will either tell me my account is already activated or go back to the home page and log me off.
basically i go to www.sylestia.com and get logged in automatically with chrome. i can use the chat on this page and everything appears normal. if i click a link to navigate to any other page on the site i get those windows. It doesn't matter if i use the same tab or open in a new tab. If i close the windows with the x's in the corner i have been able to navigate to my stables and trade pages although i become logged off on both and can't do anything on them as a result. When i am on the world map and try to click to one of the locations on the map i get returned to the home page and logged off.
Other than the fact that i have added a few apps to the browser since the last time i logged into the site thats all i can think of right now. I am going to try disabling some of the apps and see if that changes anything, tomorrow. Its getting late here and i must hit the sack, as i have a very long day ahead of me tomorrow. I will add to this post if i think of anything else and will post any changes that disabling apps might bring about.

Okay. From the above information then, it sounds like your browser is stuck "posting" (coding term) with every page you load. While, that is not how it's supposed to work, it is extremely likely an addon is doing it automatically for you.
My first suggestion is to run chrome without any addons. Fully clearing your cache may also help, but I doubt it at this point.
If I had to guess, you have some sort of addon that manages forms installed - it's automatically detecting a hidden form (which the old layout always has... part of the reason it's "old" and terrible and being replaced), and the addon is then filling it out and auto submitting it. Which would then cause that error to trigger everytime and when that error triggers, it automatically opens the authentication box so you can attempt to re-authenticate.
