I don't know how I forgot about them, as they were the very first theme I ever had picked, but these are my Cactus Flower Bulbs! <3



They weren't very popular with others, but I love love love them! <3 Even though they were my first theme picked, I don't regret them at all. I projected them with this exact trait set, and I got the first 6-vis of them.

Her name is Easter Lily!



I, same as Bug, also projected the Cozy Quilt bulbs. They aren't done yet or too close though... They've been a little mean to me :P



I've been meaning to pick up more bulb projects at some point, I was considering the Quiet Forest Bulbs from last Fall, but I just didn't vibe with them at 6vis. I've also been considering doing Dandelion Wishes myself, but haven't messed with it yet (:

:O i'm gonna need to buy one of those offspring from you! i wanted to collect more of the cactus flowers but didn't have the gold to.

my biggest regret with the dandelion wishes is doing ornate armor and not enchanting flowers but i don't want to go back redo the project to switch just one trait on them. i also have a plan for the quiet forest - here it is!

Honestly, sometimes I forget options that aren't my favorite ones exist. :P

My project was going to be something like this, initially:



Butterfly Wings is like, my favorite trait on Bulbs, so that's what I wanted to do. But honestly, the project would look way cuter if I also did chibi wings!



Maybe also swap out Tail Wisp ^{your favorite ;D} for Pixie Dust, just because I think Tail Wisp looks better with bigger wings.



Still probably a maybe from me, although maybe it's not as dead as I thought (^:

siamese is definitely the only possible g3 for that theme in my eyes. maybe advanced runes or diamond dust but half the time those are the only traits that exist for me xD

I messed around a bit more, and ended up with Shadow Cat and Dia Dust. But I'm def in agreement with you, I haven't messed around much with bulbs yet, but Dia Dust and Advanced Runes are definitely 2 of my favorites!

If I can find bulbs with the traits I need, I'll probably project them (:

of course! just let me know which one(s) when the time comes, my memory is terrible and i can't guarantee i'll remember from now til then ^-^' if you have any with fairy wings and/or lovely hearts, i'm after those for my project and would love to be able to breed with those :D

Hello, I am also a bulb fan!

So far the only bulbori project I've completed is my Coconut Octopus pair, which was one of the first themed projects I ever did:


I've been making a start on two more though, Lantern Skies and Sidewalk Chalk:



I'm really keen to get some more traits with the revamp. If there was more variety to work with I'd probably have way more projects, and it's so sad the cuties are the one species with out any restricted trait themes

welcome to the club! o/ i love those lantern skies, i will definitely need one once you've finished them. i also feel your pain about the traits - a lot of projects look very same-y just because of how few there are to work with. i've been collecting lots of bulbs to be able to disrupt quite a few for trait spread after the revamp comes around :D
