Does the Bloom Boost only reset for Spring Blossom pets or any themed pets? I thought the first few times I ran the events that it was only Spring Blossoms, but now it is resetting with any theme pet (or it was always that way and I didn't notice correctly).
There were a couple bugs in the first ~24 hours or so where sometimes the Bloom Boost wasn't resetting correctly after an encounter. But yes, it's intended to reset on either.
The reason for that is because it's the same roll. So the Bloom Boost is boosting your entire chance of encountering any Themed Pet during a Garden Bloom Event. If you encounter one, there is then a second roll to see if it's a Spring Blossom Themed Pet or regular Zone Themed Pet. The only thing that increases that second roll is your Challenge Tier.
