I thought the first few times I ran the events that it was only Spring Blossoms, but now it is resetting with any theme pet (or it was always that way and I didn't notice correctly).

There were a couple bugs in the first ~24 hours or so where sometimes the Bloom Boost wasn't resetting correctly after an encounter. But yes, it's intended to reset on either.

The reason for that is because it's the same roll. So the Bloom Boost is boosting your entire chance of encountering any Themed Pet during a Garden Bloom Event. If you encounter one, there is then a second roll to see if it's a Spring Blossom Themed Pet or regular Zone Themed Pet. The only thing that increases that second roll is your Challenge Tier.

Additionally, the Diamond Sale and Boost Events end after Monday, June 2nd. To end all of these with a bang, I will be making it rain in the Shared Garden Event throughout today! Currently, there are 7 Shared Garden Bloom events queued up!

Also just recieved a mystery seed whilst exploring can these be rolled over to next year?

Pretty much all Festival/Event items are destroyed after their respective end time. You can verify this by looking at an item's tooltip - it will indicate if the item expires and when. So nope, they won't carry over to next year.

For growing plants, the following criteria will be applied for auto-completed leftover plants:

-Plant was a Majestic Seed
-Plant was a Fabled Seed AND had any Fertilizer used on it
-Plant had at least 65% Growth OR had an Exceptional or Greater Fertilizer used on it

Any unclaimed/unfinished Plants that meet the above criteria will be auto-completed and given to you after the Festival ends.
