Hello, I am just wondering, is there a way you can breed or create a max stat pet out of a regular pet?

Could I get a little more clarification? I'm not sure what you mean by regular pet, but any pet can produce high stat offspring as long as you are using philters and paying attention to the stats of the pets you are breeding.

I meant as in a non max or super max sylestie but idk I am kinda a noob but I think you answered my question so thank you!

Oh then yes you can! I'm not an expert at explaining but if you want some more information on doing a max stat project then I suggest this guide. This is what I personally used when I first started doing projects. :)
