To be honest, when I saw the Qitari I immediately went 'omg! Perfect Cas!!' whereas none of the others made me feel that way. Just my two cents lol!

I think you should do the Griffi. Castiel isn't really harsh enough to be a Ny'Vene or a Lupora, and the Griffi just kind of has that elegant but deadly look like Castiel has ^^
