Here's a weird suggestion you could try. You could try Dming people offering to pay the reclaim fee for released Ghostly Chill Faes. If someone asked me to reclaim tagged themes or low trait purebreds, and even offered to cover the fee I wouldn't have a problem with it at all.
For example:

Here is one with visible ghostly aura. Checking the last owner's page you can see how active the player is.
The reclaim fee is 50 diamonds. Just a thought.
