That means the pie is non tradeable (you can check that by seeing what it says under the item name whether it says tradeable or non tradeable there.) You should probably check the prismatic philter too. But otherwise I dont really have a need for two lesser genetic mutators, and would be fine with some gold/diamonds even if you would offer those. Dont know how much money you have right now lol
