I think that might reset when you take her anyway, and why not take it? You might not get this offer again.

This auction was for the sale of a pet. The seller did not state whether it would or wouldn't be breedable upon purchase.
Therefore, the purchase stands and Pepper must buy the pet otherwise it would be considered scamming.
Female Griffies can breed every 7 days anyway, so it's not like you won't be able to breed with it, Pepper.
