Permafrost's colors are a very light yellow and a almost white underbelly. Her eyes are black like a Sandwings and she has a row of pure white scales running down her tail.

Other: Her tail venom is slightly weaker than a normal Sandwings, but is still strong enough to kill a dragon. Permafrost is also 19 years old

and fun fact, when i was younger, i thought Scavengers were small animals like Velociraptors, or Microraptors. i only learned they were humans in the one book with a letters from a sandwing to another with a picture of a sandwing and scavenger attached. i dont remember the name, its been a while since i read WoF.
