Actually, no. It's the lowest price for a 30 frost token legendary staff.

There are people who would. Each token costs between 2,000-3,000 gold, so the staff should actually be 60,000 gold. Once the festival is further behind us and no one can buy them, interest will build again. But for now, I am not surprised that interest is pretty much non-existent.
