(Roleplays are honestly hit or miss; It depends on the plot and how many players there are. My advice would be:
-It's okay to tell people to fix their forms before accepting them if they seem too overpowered. Same goes with a carather's actions. It helps to establish this rule before players even sign up.
-Subtlely encourage other players to interact with people other than you, because you don't want to be managing five interactions at once. I've tried, and it's very hard and a bit confusing.
-Establish plot at the start of the roleplay, but keep it flexible since players can drop out or hop in. Soon the plot should manage itself, like it does here.)
