He then takes an art pad, beginning to draw a bird outside.

It's a female cardinal, a lot like Rosebud.

He finishes, seeing his detailed sketch. He smiles, nodding.

He frowns, reminded of Rosebud.

After a minute or two, the bird flies away.

He sighs, standing and sitting in his wheelchair. He then glares at the stairs, huffing. "Guess I'm sleeping on the couch." He mutters, wishing he would have paid attention when he was driving.
