She feels like a mother. Which is weird, because wyverns don't really have 'mothers'- they're born independent and their parents hence don't usually raise them.

It's nice having somebody be this kind towards her. Not that anybody's been specifically mean to Fern, it's just nice having somebody direct a whole bunch of their time to be nice to her.
