Jason looked up at him,knowing that,at least in the dragon realm,one species couldn't enter another's specific land. He thought for a moment. "I'm staying with you." He said,thinking two things.
1,if Ash couldn't go in then most likely nor could Jason.
2,he...didn't want to leave Ash's side again NOT THAT HE TOTALLY STILL CARED.

Ash noticed and said, "This is the Seelie court. If you haven't noticed, I belong to the Unseelie court. I could go into this court, but then I'd be free game, the knights could kill me on sight."

Jason's tail twitched and orange fluttered at the edge of his rainbow scales and freckle scales. "I can fight,...I...would...fight." He so wanted to say 'I would fight For You.' But knew that would be weird.

It would also probably turn out to be very awkward. Grimalkin sighed and rolled his eyes. "Fine. We'll go elsewhere." Ash started walking away from the border, Grimalkin flanking one side. Night had descended, and the enormous blue moon was high overhead, when Grimalkin stopped, flattening his ears. With a hiss, he slipped off the trail and vanished into a patch of ferns.

Jason's eyes had drifted to the moon as he walked on the other side of Ash,but he seemed worried and confused at what the cat had done for a moment before shifting to a point where it was clear he was acting like he didn't care. He slipped his hands deep into his pockets and gave Ash a foot of personal space. "I'm Jason....Jason Skytracer,I don't think...I gave my name." he said,soft as a breeze,as if he felt it wouldn't matter as his eyes drifted back to the moon.

There was a pair of rider that approached, glowing bright in the darkness. Their mounts were grey and silver, and the hooves didn't touch the ground as they broke into a canter, straight for Jason. Ash cursed under his breath and tackled Jason into the nearest bushes, a hand over his mouth to keep him quiet

Jason's scales turned automatically to camo but his freckle scales where a bright yellow with pink that started dying at the edges of each individual scale on his face.

As they got closer, the riders grew visible: tall and elegant, with sharp features and coppery hair tied into a tail. They wore silver mail that flashed in the moonlight and carried long, thing blades at their sides. The horses stopped, snorting steam, their breath hanging in the air like clouds, Atop their mounts, the knights glared around with unnatural beauty, their features too fine and delicate to be real. Ash seemed to not even breathe anymore, and he was completely still.

Jason felt confused at how these figures seemed to be of such beauty that they seemed like a dream to him,but he saw how Ash seemed frozen and he silently and carefully put his wings around the other boy to hide them both in his camo scales again that matched their hiding spot perfectly.

The horses flew over the forest floor once the knights decided to continue their search. Grimalkin was grooming himself, disinterested again.
