Darrian grabbed hold of the boat's edge and hauled herself on. She steadied herself as it rocked violently. The monkey-sloth-thing made no noise, smiled, and held it's wooden paddle ready to row.

The monkey thing began to row them along the river as a surprisingly fast rate for such an old creature. A temple with a mass of vines on top soon loomed over then. The monkey-thing rowed up onto shore and chittered. Darrian rose, "I guess that's sloth-monkey for: You have arrived at your destination." and departed from the boat.
