She then pelted Melody with another snowball, laughing hard.

"Ah, don't worry. Runts are always sleeping in this."

She laid down and spread her wings, and Crimson climbed on them, chittering.

The amber eyed one stared at the eggs and set Cloud down.

Melody started laughing and then started the snowball wars!

Cloud rolled over, paws clawing at something in her sleep.

"Runts?" Liron questioned.

Yelping, the ambery one's mate screeched in fear.

The amber one comforted her.

"They wanted something smaller for airborne. Unfortunately, small means not much survival for air pressure."

Porcupine rolled a huge heaving ball that grew bigger and landed almost on Melody.

Cloud turned over more, until she hit something and woke up. Jolting awake, she cried in fear and flew up, her no longer backwards wings new to her.
