"The human threat did this, they forgot to clean up some of the blood this way." North said hopping back onto Ase's shoulders. "Maybe it went this way?"

"You got it Ben. I'm going to go see what the damage is. See you two later." Jake said before walking away leaving the two alone.
"I like chasing the raccoons." Brown panted sitting down. "Sorry we didn't find them before they got to the food. We are guards but we can't even scare away raccoons..." She lowered her head some ashamed.

(Why would he monitor some human if he didn't have a personal connection to them? That doesn't make much sense to me. To be honest, I was thinking of just keeping Red Hood's disappearance separate from Delta's appearance. Kind of like a side mission that runs along the main one, but has next to no affiliation with it.)

Chloe took a sniff of the dried blood, getting familiar with it as she followed the visible trail, "Hmm, it's not Red Hood's, so it must be an enemy's. Let's keep going. From its direction, it's leading to the vehicle near the roll-up door. Hopefully it's unlocked."

"Later, Jake. Make sure to eat something before you set out! Your getting skinny!" Ben looked at him pointedly, making sure the other male knew he was serious.

He turned to Brown, sitting with her, " Everyone makes mistakes, it's how they learn. Besides, you and Jake are only two dogs, some of those slippery scoundrals were bound to slip around you while you were busy with others."
