She shifted in his grip not really wanting to fall asleep there, yes she trusted him since he didn't drop her yet and if he was going to it would have happened already, but instead she just closed her eyes and cleared her mind a bit "Well you didn't drop me yet so we are okay....I hope" she said sleepily

He nodded in acknowledgement and kept walking in relative silence so she could rest. He had to admit it was nice not to be treated with fear or suspicion for his difference, tho he woried that her attitude was only a product of the situation, he didnt wanted to get his hopes up again. Eather ways, he was enjoying the moment of friendliness with another guardian while it lasted, knowing that he would probably have to get his metaphorical walls fully back into place by the time the feline would have recover from her injuries. It was only as the outpost came into vew that he broke the silence. Carved inside a large tree, the building was only noticeable by the brown curtain making office of door. " We dont realy have that many cave here, well not alot that dont involve holding your breath for a very long period of time, luckly, there are plenty others ways to create safe areas without harming the forest."

Her ears perked a little hearing him talk before nodding "it's fine you have already done enough so" she insisted feeling a much more confident that he wasn't going to eat her, but she also thought that he wasn't very scary either, she had shifted again as one of the gaurds asked where should the people stay, she quickly dropped her sleepy look even thought it was hard and with firm eyes she had told him to ask The fellow gaurdian since it wasn't her forest

"One issue at the time, those who were wounded come with me the others stay outside i'll send someone to guide you to an area you can settle in. Dont go wandering around without supervision, there are enough poison ivy and quicksand in the area to ruin someone's day if you dont know what those look like." He didnt waited for a response from the other clan's guard as he slided the curtain open. Already a few medical beds were set, tho they were rarely used. An anaconda was coiled up on a specialy made pearch for the confort of the serpent based staff near the entrance, apparently waiting for somthing while others members of the small group who had opted to use opposable tumbs were filling paperwork or making inventories of what could be neaded.

Davon wasted no time to signal one of those in human form to stop what he was doing. " Atif, there is a group from the hissing forest outside, bring them to training sector 3, it's close enough that they wont be too far from their guardian and the ground is stable enough so they can settle there without too mutch issue for now. I am not sure how many of them have even seen quicksand before so give them a crash course on forest safety, better safe then sorry." The man nodded with a knowing smile and left after cracking a joke on how Davon didnt had to take things so literaly with the whole picking up girl expression witch caused the reptilian guardian to roll his eyes tho there was a bit of a playfull gleem in them this time.

Adlin had managed to fall asleep against the gaurdian between the time he spoke and the time they made it to the medical den, she was completely exhausted and knowing she had to get up sooner or later to train the small amount of people she had left, while wounded, she was overwhelmed and had no clue on what to do but sleep, but alteast she fell asleep knowing she wasn't going to be eaten or hurt, she also kinda thought he wasn't as cold as he seemed but didn't know if it was just the way she thought being as she was or if it was true. But managing to curl up to sleep wasn't so bad either, atleast for a little while, her hair strands covered most of her face since she kept wiggling and moving as she slept, a felines trait she guessed

" no im gonna stay here and fight my forest is the least of my worries i will stay until you are safe enough for me to go help the others, gain their trust, and then come back and end this war." aspen goes and gets some spell jars she made, when she comes back she says " and you don't need to give me anything this is the least i can do to make up for my actions" chace always thinks people want something in return.

Siela stayed close to Adlin, both to protect her, and because the Guardian was the only one of this group she knew much about.

Setting Adlin down on one of the bed he gestured to the anaconda to come closer, somthing the large snake complied with. " I wont tell you how to do your job Fior but i do think you will nead hands for this one, you are the pro here so just make sure she recover quickly." He was speaking in a hushed tone as to not wake the sleeping guardian tho his words did earn him an head tilt and an unimpressed look from the limbless medic. Shooking his head with false anoyance he replied to the silent answer of the female anaconda. " You know what i mean ... as quickly as possible without ternishing your standards you sassy tube. I'll get out of your space now, just one moment." Before he let the care of Adlin with his medic he took the time to try and push the feline's hairs out of her face carufully. Stepping away from the bed he turned now his attention to the newborn who was still with them. With all that mess, he coudnt quite tell if she too had been injured or if the blood on her was from someone else. "And what about you, you nead anything patched up ?"

Siela shook her head, saying,"A bullet tore my ear, but that will heal. Besides,free piercing. Otherwise, I'm unharmed."
