I am just two weeks into the game, I do not understand all of the genetics or how to tell if there are hidden traits. Sorry.
Please just pick a pair of something, please just not one of the cutesy species. Thanks

Purple means that there is a hidden trait under the visible one, Blue just means a visible trait, Green means it's a carried trait. You can only see the hidden and carried traits if the pet has been tested. Hidden traits are like carried trait hidden behind visible ones. If you need more details or have more questions on the subject I suggest asking in the Q&A (Newbie Friendly) forums, you will get better answers there.
As for your egg, I'm confused. Do you want me to choose for you? If so, do you have a color or trait preference? Or did you want to still choose on your own?
I'll get to writing all the traits I won't breed for Ny'vene soon, so people will be less confused.
EDIT: I believe I've finished writing all the Ny'vene traits I won't breed for this thread, they can be found on the first page.

I will take an egg from one of these Draeyl, Vulnyx, Aurleon since I cannot find a suitable Ny'Vene.
You can pick the species and pair, I will be happy with whatever you choose. Sorry again for all the trouble.
