Shane eyed Jack for a long minute before spinning on his heel and stalking off with an agitated huff.

Collin nodded. "Alright. Er, here." He held out a hand, grateful that Starlight couldn't see his sheepish expression. "Shall we?"

Jack watches him go wordlessly.


Starlight takes his hand trying not to worry.


Selkie comes back out of his cabin and goes into the medical ward.

Collin glanced awkwardly to the side, placing his free hand on her shoulder. "Alright, I'll lead until you get the hang of it. Start by taking one step forward, on your right."

Kaladin was currently finishing up his letters when Selkie walked in. He perked up slightly upon noticing him. "Oh! Did you need something??"

Shane spared him one last glance before disappearing into the foliage.

Starlight takes a light step with her right foot forward.

"No I just came to check on you," Selkie answers, "Seaweed wants to know if the letters are ready and he's sorry about the damage to them."


Calico stays put on the beach unable to put an wieght on his injured leg. He wasn't afriad of the island even though he knew he should be. Jack just hoped that the Knuckles clan remmebered that he had helped them.

Collin nodded once. "Good. Now to the right."

Kaladin nodded and set down his pen. "Almost. The ink just needs to dry."

Selkie looks around, "We'll be going towards Spangolia soon do you think Locke will be there to?"


Starlight steps to the right gracefully.

"Maybe." Kaladin said with a smile. "Ot'd be nice to meet up with him."

Selkie nods once, "Yes it would be.''


Starlight takes a step back with her heel first like in fencing.

About fifteen minutes passed before a duo of echidnas ran out onto the beach. They slid to a halt beside Calico with a stotic expression.
"Dinga usizo?" The first asked, prompting a groan from the second.
"He can't understand you, and of course he needs help!"

Kal smiled, replacing the cork on the ink jar. "Are you busy? I'd like to play chess for a bit if you have time..." He asked. "I-If you want."
