Collin's ears perked up. "What sort of stories did you have in mind....?"

"Why you are you using that funny accent? What is it you want me to do, otter?" Skipper eyed him suspiciously.

Starlight didn't even seem to hear what Collin had said.

Kaladin rolled his eyes and dropped the accent. Was it really that bad? "Something caught in my throat. All I want you to do is to take this medicine." He said dryly.

"You have pulled this trick before why should I trust you now?" Skipper eyed the medicine.

Douglas and few other members of the crew looked in.
One of them asked quietly. "Do you think he will succeed?"
Douglas didn't bother answering.

Kaladin glared at Douglas. Next time, you're putting up with this.

He glanced back at Skipper. "When are you refering to?"

"The time you drugged me and I ended up tied to the mast. Another time you drugged me and replaced my sword with a bronze one before we trained." Skipper growled. "I can think of at least a handful more."

"Did that really happen Douglas?'
"No idea I wasn't the medic on the ship." Douglas told them.

Chaos.

"....Alright. If it'll put your mind at ease, I swear by the albatross following the ship, no tricks," He tired, right hand over his chest, left raised. He glanced at Douglas as he said it. Is that a thing you say?

Douglas shrugged.

Skipper glared at him. "Yeah right you would never sweae by the albatross you would swear by your pet fish."

Kaladin sighed. "I swear by 'my pet fish'. No tricks."
