"We'll find someplace." She sighs, her tail folding around her. "Most magiks are kind- surely they wouldn't mind letting us stay with one of them?"

Hearing this, the other dragons begin piping up ideas;

"I've heard some good stories about the forest fae up in Europe."
"The kitsunes are pretty nice. The zenkos, anyways."
"The oreads aren't that far from here."
"I think the selkies have some land territory up in Ireland."

Skystreak listened, nervous.

Shadegaze thinks for a moment. "We'll try the oreads first, since they're closest. If not, we'll see if there's any other magiks on this continent; I'd prefer we not have to cross the ocean."

Skystreak asked, *wont the humans see us flying?*

"We will fly by night."

*I heard a rumor the humans have eyes beyond the blue sky, watching everything on the world. What if they see us?*

"They won't. They sleep at night."

*the rumor said the eyes watch every hour of every day.*

"We'll be much too high up for them to see."
