"I honestly don't believe that worked." She stopped hugging Zach. "Now, can we continue on without you spiraling?"

"Yes, yes we can." Zach says and stops hugging Selene as well.
He follows you down the road until you reach a fork. There wasn't any sign saying this way leads to that or that way leads to this.

"I don't know. Flip a coin? I actually don't care which one we go down." She contemplated before walking down the right side of the fork.

Zach follows. Someone jumps out at you.
"Hand over all yer money." The thief orders, holding you at dagger point.
" Sorry. All out. " Zach says, trying to rid his hands of blood.

Selene took out both her daggers. "Yeah sorry, we're armed too and fresh out of money thanks."

"I accept valuables and donations." The thief grins. "I have half a mind to slit both yer throats and take yer stuff."

"We actually have nothing and no one plans a murder out loud." Her eyes darkened as she moved closer to the thief. "I didn't want to have to kill you, but it seems I have no choice." She pointed her daggers towards him.

"Before ya kill me, may I ask why you," he points to Zach, "are covered in blood?"
"I killed someone." Zach says indifferently. The thief raises an eyebrow.
"Really? I haven't had the chance to kill a murderer before." The thief mused.
"I'm not a murderer." Zach objects. He tries harder to get the drying blood off his hands.
"You just said you were. Don't worry, you're among friends. I think Myracle can have had of another murderer... Do you work for pay?"
"I'm not a mercenary if that's what you're wondering." Zach says.
"Eh, doesn't matter. Myracle said she needed more killers." The thief notes. Quick as a blink, Selene finds herself unarmed and at her own daggers point. "Come. Or else she dies." The thief orders. Zach holds up his hands in defeat. The thief leads the two to a fort of a kind.
The thief hands Selene over to a guard before leading Zach further into the fort, knife at his back.

"I swear I'm going to kill you all in your sleep. I don't need this today." She bared her teeth before shapeshifting into her wolf form and sitting down. She had a murderous glint in her eye.

The guard didn't seem fazed by what you said or that you shifted. "I wouldn't do that if I were you." She says. "Myracle doesn't like people killing her followers."
