Lance grumbled, and woke up. "Fine, fine. I'm awake. Now, what do you want?" he asked as Seafoam, who no one other than Kimba saw/heard last night. Seafoam whined.
Get away from your mother, I heard what she asked you this time. Ignore her, choose your own path. Seafoam seemed urgent to leave the forest, and seemed to want a petting.
Lance sighed, and hugged Seafoam by the neck, because instead of a pet, Seafoam would get a hug. "Yeah." Lance's voice turned to a whisper, and into 'his' language, so only Seafoam could understand/hear. "I don't think I want to betray them. They seem nice."

Jacie woke up, and then traveled away a few feet too.
"Sup." someone said in the shadows. She whirled around.
"Who's there?" she asked.
"Oh, sorry, Warrior. I'm your eagle. Mind if we chat?" the eagle, or something else, said. Jacie hesitated, then shrugged.
"Sure, why not. Just, who are you and what's your name?" she asked.
(Need a new name for the eagle. Also, anyone mind if I add an enemy called the Shadow Arrows? Archers made out of shadows, and have deadly aim, and luring voices.)

After the cooked the food, Cresent said "After we eat this meal, we shall go deeper into the forest to find some old friends."
