It was wronge of him to leave like that. Miles stopped himself from walking any farther. It was wrong to leave with out saying a word. He thought for a moment, what if he went back? Just to say thank you? It would be nice to sleep in a bed again seeing that he literally only had the shirt on his back. 'I can't believe I'm doing this....' He scolded himself as he walked back toward the home. 'I could possibly surprise her I guess, but fixing some sort of meal for her....' He thought. 'I do know how to cook, at least somethings. Pizza sounds nice to say the least....' He made it to her door. 'Locked of course.' He glanced around making sure no one was watching before shifting into a mouse and slipping under the door. He then changed back into a human. 'I can't believe I'm doing this. What if she comes back and gets angry? Don't think about it, just do what feels right.' He stepped in the kitchen and turned on a light and the radio before he searched the kitchen for the ingredients.

It took a bit of work and a lot of cheese but after all he put into it the pizza was finished. It looked nothing like the pizza from the pizza place but it sure smelled good. Miles carefully pulled it from the oven, and set it ontop of the stove. 'I should wait till she gets back, I don't want to scare her.'

Luna opened the door to her apartment. Her hair was a mess after playing with Brutus. She put her put her keys on the table. Strangely she smelled pizza probably just the neighbours she thought but just as she walked into the Kitchen she saw someone standing next her stove she froze should i attack him? she thought but something about him reminder her of something "Miles?" she asked cautiosly

Miles turned suddenly from where he had been cutting the pizza. "Luna! I-I...." He stammered though he was not able to think of anything. "Surprise?" He said in a weak voice while looking at her with sadly hopeful look.

Luna had to resist the urge to run and hug him. Instead she gave him a huge grin "well this is definetly a good suprise." she said happily "Is that pizza i smell?" she asked walking over to him.

Luna pulled down 2 plates from the cupard and set them down next him. She then walked over to the fridge and started to pull out some milk for herself. "what do you wanna drink?" she asked turning towards Miles

"Water is fine thank you." Miles said rather quietly. He felt shy and on edge even when he was trying to be nice. He sat the pizza on the table before sitting down himself.

Luna filled up one of the cups with water from the fridge. Then poured some milk for herself. She handed Miles his cup then sat down with hers. "So how many slices do you want, You pick first since you made it." Luna said smiling at him.

"More than I do." Nant replied, tossing her head in a comical (on purpose) way.

Miles shook his head. "I'm not hungry, I just wanted to make you something to say thank you." Deep inside he felt a twinge of warmth, like he actually felt like he could almost talk to this girl. He had always been too shy, always. But now it was like he could speak to her and it didn't matter what he said. He nearly smiled yet he didn't as he took a sip of water and stood. "I thank you again for helping me, but I'm afraid I must go."

A dark shadow of dissapointment crossed Luna's face."do you really have to go? I don't want to sound crazy but if you don't have any where to go you could sleep here, I've been wanting a roommate for awhile now and I think you'd be a really great one." She looked him in the eye as she said it she wanted him to know that she wasn't messing around. "and if you didn't want it to be permanent you could stay for only a few days, and besides you still need to join the pack right?" She got out of her chair but didn't move she didn't want to creep him out " but it's your choice I'm not going to force you to do anything." She added not wanting to guilt him into doing anything he didn't want to do.
