He actually has 4 gene points, but with the current sale he is only 1 dye. He is set for when you send the dye along.

Also, welcome! It's nice to have new volunteers to help out. I will be making us a topic in general discussion in just a moment for us to be able to talk together along with Skywing so things can run smoother.
