Hexic saw that Corasi was trying to get away from the new people. He wanted to follow her, but... should he? Or should he stay with Zethrin? She had seemed to betray them, but wasn't she just doing her job? Corasi and Basil needed him, but he was still confused.

He looked over to see Zethrin cough up blood. And he should have gone with Corasi and Basil, but he ran over to Zethrin instead. And he started to heal her.

She ran for it. I won't let them take us. She unfolded her wings and spread them out as far as she could, not to fly, but rather to guard them both.

"I'm not leaving you. Corasi's smart, she'll figure something out. And if I did anyways, these men would probably kill me too. Just try to hold it together."
He sat back beside her, watching the men cautiously in the room as he wiped a bit of black ooze from his own face. His head still was spinning from the EMP blast nearby, but he tried to keep himself calm. He had no doubt these men would try to throw him back in the army's hands, but.. maybe it was crazy, but he had a plan.
He eyed Hexic reluctantly, moving aside to let him work.

Zethrin had been hurt pretty bad, but it was nothing Hexic couldn't fix, even if he was just a kid. He tried to take as much pain away as possible before he started to heal Zethrin, just to make it easier for her.

"Dude, go. You stay around here any longer, you're going to get yourself killed too. I'll take care of her from here, but Corasi needs you."
He told Hexic sternly.

Hexic looked up at Scias, and nodded slightly, before rubbing against his leg and running after Corasi and Basil, hoping he would be able to find them. He had spent too much time here, he needed to find the others.

The men, including the leader, had been leaving the room after Corasi and Basil. They were heavily armed and ready to kill of necessary.


Basil*

"Cori, this doesn't look good..." Basil whimpered. Men were closing in on the two, about six of them. One from earlier held a tranquilizer and was aiming at Coralsi. "Move!" she screeched trying her best to help shove Corasi out of the way.


Zeth*

She felt a bit better thanks to Hexic. Zeth stretched out to softly grasp X's core and carefully picked it up. She pocketed it to give to Scias later, if he didn't hate her by then. Without a word, she did her best to get to her weapons near the kitchen, unable to bring herself to look at or even near Scias.

This really was her fault, so she had to at least try to fix it. She picked up her pistol and her dagger, propping against a wall to get her holster on properly.

He focused for a minute, trying to find the signal of the communicator still on her. It was difficult and he wasn't sure of exacts, but..
"She went east. Not far from here, but she's still going. Shift and get out of here. You're valuable too."
He muttered quietly to Hexic to not be heard by the others still in the room..

Hexic shifted to spider to get past those peples, but as soon as he got out, he went back to find Corasi and Basil. He went east, listening to Scias.

"Basil, no!" She yelled falling to the floor. She started to breathe heavily. I can't become a prisoner again. I refuse too. She got back up, and knocked the tranquilizer out of the man's hand.
