He shook his head. "So they cast you out?"

They keep searching

" pretty much."

Luna just passes them
she couldn't wait to get there

"Idiots. You guys are still elementals, though."

They see the same dog they had before but they don't think anything of it

" elements can be massed produced, all it takes is blood and an element."

Luna soon reaches the place
a little girl is there, she runs over

"True, but that doesnt mean we're worthless."

Alaric is starting to get hungry....

" we aren't, but those people were expecting something that they didn't get."

the girl picks Luna up and puts a collar on her
it says midnight

"Well, too bad for them. They don't always get what they want."

Alaric wandered off as his hunger consumed him. Luna wasn't there to give him a bottle of blood, either. So, he began to look for a victim.

( should Alaric try getting blood from the person Luna is with? that would be harlerious.)

" wish we weren't dragged into the mix though"

the girl hooked up Luna to a leash and took her on a walk
they were across the street from Alaric

"Well, I mean...you did get created."

Alaric spotted the perfect victim right across the street. He strode over to the girl walking her dog. He turned his charm on and said, "Hey." He was one of those people that could decide whether they were noticed or not

" true, i'm glad, but, the way it happened, it had a very negative effect."

she looks at him, a smile on her face
" hi."
Luna sees Alaric, but doesn't act yet, she would if he tried anything
