Why would Maeia want to kill her?

Maybe she was the one who had made the humans sick. After all, as far as Fira knew, Maeia wasn't doing anything to stop the sickness.

Well, she had to consider every possible scenario, and so maybe she could talk to Maeia about the sickness? While also trying to not get killed.

(Ok heres a hint: its not Maeia, but the person responsible for it is related to her in some way)

She knows it's deadly. And that magic things are immune, seemingly.

Well, immune as in they can't get the symptoms. They can still be carriers and spread it to others.

(She's supposed to be creepy and kinda weird. Katurva is a near-emotionless creep who would totally kill off the humans if not for the fact Maeia would probably try to take all her magic)


Right. Fira very well could have carried the sickness for a short while, though the sickness clearly doesn't waste much time in a single body.
