Sans shook his head. "nope. i don't do that anymore."

Sans brought his gaze up to meet Frisk's, and there was a two second silence that lasted half an eternity before he responded. "you, uh, familiar with the multiverse theroy? y'know, all of our actions and inactions can potentially result in an infinite number of universes? that's what I studied. that was a long time ago, though." His tone implied that he had no desire to carry the discussion any further. "besides, the quantum physics degree is wasted on my type. a lazy scientist is almost as bad as an evil one, y'know?"

Frisk nodded. *i get what you mean, since I can reset. And yeah, the scientist thing is true.* she added with a smile.

Toriel seemed slightly puzzled. "I'm afraid I don't follow..."
"that's fine, don't have to," Sans quickly responded. "point is, it was interesting while it lasted, but it's been... geez, years since i was into that sort of thing."

Frisk nodded. *was Paps interested in it?*

"nah, not especially. he was supportive though, and he picked up on a few things."
