Jason smiled softly and let the colors show his emotions as they wished,dancing swirling bubbling and streaking smoothly through all the scales as well as sometimes just the individuals. No one had ever actually liked his scales,not even Lila had said a thing about them other than 'Can't you calm them down?' so he liked how Puck seemed to like them.

He continued to watch until someone knocked on the door. "Darlings, I've found where they're hiding the scepter."
Puck threw an arm over his eyes dramatically. He didn't want to move.

The scales turned shocked lime green with rich brown before fading back to soft pink and an orange that wasn't frustration,rather a color to match the laugh he muffled with a hand at Puck's dramatic reaction. Jason didn't want to move either but the info was important.

Eventually, Puck got up and went to wherever every one was meeting.

Jason made himself decent once Puck got up and then yanked his hoodie on quickly before following,shoving his wings through the holes in the back of the green fabric as he walked.

"A software corporation?" Puck repeated, brow furrowing. "Really. Thats where theyve been hiding it all this time?"

"Apparently, darling." Leanansidhe leaned back in her chair, crossing her long legs. "Remember, the Iron fey arent like us. Theyre not going to be hanging around parks and museums, singing to flowers. They like high-tech places that attract the cold, calculating mortals we care so little for."

Jason walked up,hearing all this,with his hands in his hoodie pocket and frills now pulled in,only a faint scar like mark showing they had been out recently again. "Humans do like their tech,I'll give them that. If it's people they want to attract they've got the right idea. But out of all the places,of metal works and labs why a software corporation,is there something specific that would be of use to help "protect" the scepter?"

"I believe that with all the humans there, it's like an alarm system. It's a prestigious place, only specific people can get in, darling."
"Whats the name of this place?" Puck asked Leanansidhe.
Leanansidhe tapped her fingers against the armrest, pursing her lips in thought. "Oh, what did they call it? They all sound the same to me, darling." She snapped her fingers. "SciCorp, I believe it was. Yes, in downtown San Jose. The heart of Silicon Valley."

Jason winced as she said at the heart,that was really close to where he was set to be fostered and also what was worrying was that almost everything included metal around that area. He was worried for Puck,this place wasn't going to be a walk in the park for him. "Dang. Well,I think I might know around that area where it is. I was set up there about a month ago on hung around there for a few weeks before jumping back to the dragon realm for a few nights."

They all stared at him. "That's great, darling! But first, we need a plan. A frontal assault is doomed to fail," Leanansidhe pointed out, glancing at Ironhorse, who stood in the corner with his arms crossed. "And remember, its not only mortals you have to worry about. Theres sure to be Iron fey as well. Youre going to have to be...sneakier."

In the corner, Ironhorse raised his head. "WHAT ABOUT A DISTRACTION?" he offered. "I COULD KEEP THEIR ATTENTION ON ME, WHILE SOMEONE GOES IN THROUGH THE BACK."

"Or I could glamour Jason invisible," Puck added.

Grimalkin yawned from where he lay the couch. "It will be risky holding a glamour with all the iron and steel inside," he said, blinking sleepily. "And we all know how horribly incompetent the dragon is when it comes to magic."
