"Yes, I want to leave." RIm replies immediately, her tone firm. She stays close by Chelsea.

"Alright fine let's go then," The man leads them towards the door. The white bird again perches on his shoulder.

Chelsea looks at Rim before walking towards the door.

"I figured you might want to know more about your powers but if you don't that's fine too. I'll escort you to the city boundary then from there you two are on your own," The man holds the door open for them.

She heads out the door without hesitation, though she makes sure to wait for Chelsea. She takes another wary look around, just in case.

Chelsea hurries after Rim. The man is good to his word and escorts them to the village's outskirts before leaving.

She stays very close to Chelsea as they head back to the village. She also takes Chelsea's hand again.

Chelsea doesn't resist as they walk into the village.
She turns slightly and sees the man walking away. That for some reason worries her even more.
"Why don't you stay at my house tonight, Rim? I have a feeling we shouldn't split up."

Rim sighs and nods. "Yeah. But, we should stop by my house first- just so my parents know where I am."



It's far more quiet, now that he's on his own. Not that it's surprising or a bad thing, but it's very noticeable.

"Alright let's be quick then."


The man doesn't worry too much about being alone. The person he fears isn't close by.

She heads in the direction of her house.


Something catches his eye from somewhat far away. It's moving slowly, and as far as he can tell it's human, or at least humanoid. Whether it's actually a human or not, they're wearing a cloak that hides most of them, and also allows them to blend into the shadows quite well.

Chelsea quickly follows feeling that something is off.


The man transforms into a wolf and stalks towards the stranger.
