Her claws cut through the thread, but the thread sticks to her claws for a moment. Asher decides to follow Jordyn's footsteps exactly. The spider had not moved from its spot.

The thread fell off after the first few times her claws flexed.
"Ooooooh, plot twist, it was the spider that was dead - since it never moved - and something else was had killed and hunted it." Asher says. "What do you guys think?"
"Was that a grammatically correct sentence?" Jordyn asks.
"Uh..." Asher shrugs.
"Exactly. Who cares." Jordyn says, smiling at Asher to lessen the verbal blow.
